General coaching enquiry

A few useful details are enough

Choose the option closest to what you're considering, or select Not sure yet. A short message about your goal and current experience will give Jess the context she needs.

Tell Jess what you're working towards, what you've done so far and what you would like help with. You do not need to include medical details, diagnoses or payment information.

After you submit

An enquiry starts a conversation—not a commitment

Jess uses your message to understand the question before either of you decides what comes next.

  1. 01

    Jess reviews what you shared

Jess reads your goal, experience and coaching question so the follow-up begins with the context you have already provided.

  2. 02

    You discuss what could work

Jess follows up to discuss whether her coaching matches what you need and which option may be worth considering. Submitting the form does not reserve a place.

  3. 03

    You both choose what follows

Onboarding starts only if you both decide to proceed. For local sessions, booking details involving The 44 Gym in Traralgon follow after that option has been identified.

Know what to expect before you press send

Can I contact Jess if I’m new to coaching?
Yes. Complete beginners, recreational lifters and competitive athletes can all enquire. Share where you are now rather than trying to sound experienced.
What is the difference between online and local coaching?
Online coaching can include an app-delivered plan, weekly check-ins, feedback and adjustments. Local coaching is a separate 40-minute private strength or boxing session through The 44 Gym in Traralgon.
Can I ask about strength and nutrition together?
Yes, when both are relevant to your goal. Sports-nutrition coaching can support practical fuelling, performance and recovery; it does not include diagnosis, medical nutrition therapy or dietetic care.
Does Jess coach people preparing to compete?
Yes. Coaching can cover powerlifting, endurance and combat-sport preparation, with decisions shaped around the sport and event. Compare the coaching options.
What should I put in my first message?
Include your main goal, current experience, the coaching area you’re considering and whether online or Traralgon support interests you. Leave out medical records, diagnoses and payment details, then use the general enquiry form.
